Location: Edgerton, WI
Employment Type: Full-Time, First Shift, Mon–Thurs: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Friday Overtime as Needed, No Saturday/Sunday work
Pay: Competitive hourly rate: $21.88/hr, PLUS - Quarterly Incentive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and mechanically inclined individual to join our team as a Roll Balancer & Assembler.
Position Overview:.
In this role, you will be responsible for balancing precision rollers to exact specifications, performing assembly tasks, and ensuring each product meets our high-quality standards before shipping to customers. You will work closely with our production and quality teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and efficiency in the balancing and assembly process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate dynamic balancing equipment to achieve precise roller balance.
- Assemble components including bearings, shafts, and other hardware.
- Verify dimensions and tolerances using micrometers, calipers, and other precision tools.
- Maintain detailed records of balance and assembly work.
- Follow work instructions, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
- Identify visual defects or incorrect builds based on roller description.
- Secure rollers in crates for transportation.
- Keep work area clean and organized.
- Operate hoist to move rollers to each operation.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training a plus.
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Good verbal communication skills for clear interaction with team members and supervisors.
- Experience with precision measuring tools.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings.
- Basic math skills and understanding of tolerances.
- Prior experience in manufacturing or assembly preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Standing for extended periods.
- Bending, stooping, crouching frequently.
- Ability to use electric palm hammer, drills, and a variety of small hand tools.
- Manual dexterity for handling small parts and tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
