Regional Sales Manager - Poland

We are currently looking for a person for the position of Regional Sales Manager, who will be responsible for the Poland and DACH Region.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales plan for the Poland region to achieve revenue and profit goals
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across target sectors
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and strategic partners
  • Work with internal teams to develop and deliver tailored solutions for customers
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine strategy
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and progress reports to senior leadership
  • Represent the company at trade fairs, industry events, and client meetings across the region
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, pricing guidelines, and contractual terms

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • CRM system proficiency (Salesforce, Oracle or similar)
  • Proven track record in B2B sales management within the DACH region
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Fluent in German and English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Excellent understanding of the regional business culture and market dynamics
  • Ability to travel extensively across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
