HR Manager Poland

For our factory we are currently looking for HR Manager

We offer

  • Working in international company and newly established facility (near Gniezno/Poznań area)
  • Working in an international environment
  • Liaising with all departments within the organization (Poland, Germany, UK, US)
  • Direct reporting to the HR Director based in UK
  • Stable employment based on an employment contract

Main responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation and consistent application of HR policies, practices and procedures in line with local legislation and global standards.
  • Partner with senior leaders to drive organizational effectiveness, employee engagement and people development strategies.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, and succession planning activities.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations issues, ensuring fair and legally sound outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and oversee compliance with reporting requirements, audits and (GDPR) data protection regulations.
  • Support compensation and benefits planning, including benchmarking, job evaluation and annual review cycles.
  • Drive continuous improvement across all areas of the HR function, using data and insight to recommend change.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues across EMEA to align local practices with global initiatives.
  • Represent the HR function in cross-functional projects and initiatives that support wider business objectives.

Key Requirements:

  • Ability to manage own diary and workload with the ability to priorities deliverable objectives.
  • Very strong knowledge of polish legislation (labor law, taxes and insurance, GDPR)
  • Experience in a manufacturing or logistics organization
  • Good knowledge of HR processes (onboarding, offboarding, learning and development, salary and benefits, recruitment)
  • Very good knowledge and experience in HR administration
  • Ideally experience in working within a matrix organization 
  • Good language skills: English (level minimum B2)
  • Experience in a transaction HR BP/ HR Generalist role
