Strategic Finance Manager

Maybell Quantum is seeking a Strategic Finance Manager in Denver. The ideal candidates are self-motivated individuals that thrive in fast-paced environments and are excited to be building technology that will revolutionize the way we live.

Primary Responsibilities

• Establish company-wide resourcing model to be used to plan and measure key strategic projects
• Build and improve complex financial models to drive financial planning
• Maintain the monthly close process and use that to drive insight into potential optimization
• Maintain the accounts receivables and payables process
• Develop financial materials for board meetings and investor updates
• Manage high priority special projects and initiatives on behalf of the COO, working across company functions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Economics, Business, Accounting or a related field
• 5+ years of work experience, bonus with prior accounting or finance roles in high paced start-ups or consultancies
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous and fast-moving environments
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to provide creative solutions to complex problems
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English (verbal and written)

Salary range: $80,000 - $130,000
