Position Overview
The Marketing team comprises 12 professionals dedicated to the full spectrum of internal and external marketing and business development efforts to drive growth and success. The team’s bespoke approach helps consultants connect with clients and build CRA’s brand through thought leadership, organizing and hosting social and content events, robust digital marketing campaigns, competitive intelligence, and collateral development. Marketing staff are based in the Boston, New York, Toronto, and London offices.
We seek a Marketing Co-op (Intern) from July-December 2026 to join our growing team. This hands-on role will work across the team to support our fast-paced and client focused work. Responsibilities may include:
- Support our social media team by drafting and reviewing, social media campaigns
- Assist with internal and external event planning logistics and execution,
- Help our migration and integration of our new CRM system
- Auditing and updating our external website and Marketing’s intranet pages to ensure accuracy of information
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master's Degree (in progress) in Marketing or a related field (Business, management, media design, etc.);
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Work, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), advanced knowledge of Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables) desirable;
- Exposure to CRM databases (Intapp preferred) and other CRM technology (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc;)
- Previous professional work and/or co-op experience
- Experience with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc)
- Curious and analytical thinkers who bring creative approaches to non-standard problems;
- Strong teamwork and collaboration capabilities.
- Strong sense of professionalism;
- Effective written and oral communication skills;
- Excellent time management, task prioritization, and detail orientation;
- Good judgment and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Work Location Flexibility
CRA creates a work environment that enables our colleagues to benefit from being together in the office to best deliver on our promise of career growth, mentorship and inclusivity. At the same time, we recognize that individuals realize a range of benefits when working from home periodically. We currently ask that individuals spend 3 to 4 days a week on average working in the office (which may include traveling to another CRA office or to a client's location), with specific days determined in coordination with your practice or team. At certain times of the year (e.g. holiday periods), additional remote work options are offered to those whose work commitments permit it, although our offices remain open for those who choose or need to be there.
