We are seeking a qualified, motivated, and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist, based in Tampa, FL, to join our team and manage the full-cycle recruiting process. You will be responsible for identifying, screening, and presenting qualified candidates for various roles across the organization, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.

Position Overview:

• Title: Human Resources Specialist
• Hourly Rate: $18.00
• Base Location: Tampa, FL
• Employment Type: Full-time with flexible, variable scheduling

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements.
• Source candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, internal database).
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring teams.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal hiring policies.

Candidate Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition (in-house or agency).
• Knowledge of sourcing techniques and ATS tools.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Programs
• Experience recruiting for [industry-specific roles, e.g., healthcare, tech, manufacturing].
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) preferred.
• Ability to remain calm, focused, and solution-oriented during challenging or high-pressure situations
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a hands-on, proactive approach
• Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
• Competence in using communication tools, spreadsheets, scheduling platforms, and reporting software
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Competence in using communication tools
