As a Principal AI Architect you will serve as a principal advisor and recognized expert for GenAI across our organization, leading the discovery, design, and delivery of AI solutions that measurable improve efficiency, capacity and productivity across business operations. You will shape objectives, influence executive stakeholders, and represent the organization while ensuring solutions are safe, compliant, and cost-efficient. This is a unique opportunity to operate as the enterprise expert and principal advisor to solve for multiple use cases, as well as an opportunity to help enable business stakeholders on the power of AI solutions. You’ll play a critical role in shaping the AI strategy and delivery frameworks that drive transformative business value.

You will: 

  • Act as principal advisor on GenAI strategy to identify, evaluate, and prioritize high-impact operational AI use cases aligned with business goals.
  • Act as a consultant to identify and prioritize high-ROI operational use cases by mapping manual effort and bottlenecks to build a phased, data-driven operational AI roadmap
  • Translate business challenges into AI-driven solutions that enhance capacity, productivity, decision-making, and customer experience.
  • Architect and design end-to-end AI and generative AI solutions, spanning data pipelines, LLM integration, orchestration, and governance; progressing from assistive AI to supervised autonomous domain agents grounded on trusted data and orchestrating cross-system actions
  • Integrate AI solutions across large, complex ecosystems (ERP, CRM, data warehouses, and other systems);
  • Architect reference patterns for RAG/MCP, agentic workflows, and copilots integrated with systems like Salesforce (CRM), Gainsight (Customer success operations), and Marketo (Marketing automation)
  • Exercise broad autonomy in determining objectives and approaches; build formal networks with key decision makers; serve as an internal spokesperson and thought leader.
  • Lead end-to-end execution—from problem framing and data contracts through deployment, observability, and continuous improvement—while influencing business and executive stakeholders and setting cross-org standards
  • Partner with Sales Operations, Contracts, Finance, Licensing, Education & Support, Marketing, Account Management, and Business Systems to turn manual, error prone work into automated, reliable workflows driven by AI.
  • Build and measure outcomes by defining key metrics (cycle time, throughput) and implement cost/benefit tracking.
  • Align initiatives to business goals, communicate trade-offs clearly to executive leadership, and set expectations to ensure adoption of new solutions
  • Support business teams in adoption and change management, foster adoption and comfort with AI technologies, and enable a culture with AI-first thinking
  • Serve a subject-matter expert on emerging AI technologies, trends, and best practices
  • Evaluate, measure, and improve performance on a continuous basis
  • Stay up to date on industry developments

 

What We’re Looking For: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
  • A minimum of 7 to 10 years of AI/ML solution architecture and delivery
  • Strong knowledge of business operations with demonstrated ability to move models from proof of concept to production at scale
  • Proven track record of delivering enterprise AI/automation solutions that produced quantifiable ROI in operational workflows
  • Strong consultative and technical skills and Principal-level autonomy: hands on experience to lead discovery, architect prototypes, and take solutions to production end-to-end
  • Experience implementing AI solutions through an entire transformation lifecycle
  • Deep understanding of agentic AI vs. automation
  • Experience with agentic systems integration and designing intelligent orchestration across multi-system workflows (Agentcore, Agentbricks, etc.). Knowledge of LLM integration lifecycle using Bedrock, Vertex, etc.
  • Enterprise integration experience across Business Systems (APIs, iPaaS, middleware), data governance, and change management.
  • Knowledge of SLMs and LORA/QLORA type fine tuning methods and knowledge of ML Lifecycle (MLFlow), model training methods, GPA optimization techniques, etc.
  • Knowledge of different types of model inference and training approaches
  • Proficiency in Python and modern backend stacks; strong knowledge of embeddings and vector stores (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS) and document processing.
  • Strong business/process acumen: process re-engineering, total cost of ownership analysis, and change management
  • Deep understanding of platform, integration and enterprise architecture and value engineering principles
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, set direction under ambiguity, and deliver multi-function impact; excellent communication and mentorship skills.
  • Strong knowledge of software engineering best practices
  • Experience with process mapping, workflow design, and identifying operational inefficiencies
  • Experience in change management to drive adoption and integration of AI solutions across the organization.
  • Deep problem-solving mindset with the ability to translate business challenges into AI-powered solutions
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to technical, non-technical, and executive audiences; able to lead C-suite disucssions
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting ability
  • Strong analytical ability for solving operational problems

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Master’s or Ph.D. in AI/ML, Data Science, or a related field
  • Health technology domain experience 
  • Ongoing learning or certifications in cloud AI platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise data technologies (Databricks, Snowflake, or MLFlow)
  • Experience with Salesforce, Gainsight, Marketo, and other systems across the revenue operations stack 

 

Pay Range: $183,600 - $257,040 

Other compensation: Bonus Eligible

 Remote with Moderate Travel (4- 8 trips per year) 

This is a remote position, and does require occasional travel, typically between 4-8 times per year. All travel expenses will be covered in accordance with company policy. 

The ideal candidate should be comfortable balancing the independence of remote work with the collaborative opportunities offered by periodic in-person engagements.
