About the Job
At McMaster-Carr, working in distribution isn’t just a job, it’s a career. As a Distribution Operations Specialist, you’ll have responsibilities across multiple areas of our world-class facility, performing essential work to ensure our customers receive the parts they need accurately and on time.
This is a fully onsite role at our brand-new facility located at 15333 Independence Parkway, Fort Worth, TX. - Preparing outgoing packages and conducting quality checks to ensure presentation and accuracy
- Fulfilling orders accurately to help customers meet their business needs
This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work and are results-oriented self-starters. Our warehouse is clean, temperature-controlled, and equipped with technology to help you do your best work.
Who You Are
We’re looking for dependable, adaptable, and hard-working individuals excited to contribute to a highly organized and evolving distribution environment. You may come from a background in retail, military, education, or something entirely different. What matters most is that you have:
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Physical ability to work on your feet and perform repetitive tasks
- Experience with adhering to structured processes and making justified decisions
- Willingness to train on material handling equipment (experience is a plus but not required)
- A focus on safety of themselves and others
- A team mindset, strong work ethic, and a desire to grow through hands-on work
Cash Compensation
Total cash compensation ranges from $95,500 - $108,500 annually, which includes annual cash profit sharing based on company profitability.
