Role Overview

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer with a sharp eye for detail, a passion for fashion, and the ability to translate brand vision into elevated digital experiences. Based onsite in our vibrant downtown Seattle office, you’ll collaborate face-to-face with creative leadership and cross-functional partners to deliver work that inspires and performs.

You’ll be creating impactful, on-brand creative for our fashion portfolio—primarily Club Monaco, La Senza, and Intermix—bringing energy, style, and technical skill to every project.

What You’ll Do

  • Design high-impact digital assets including emails, site graphics, social media visuals, GIFs, and typography treatments—always with a mobile-first mindset.
  • Bring brands to life by developing fresh visual concepts that align with established guidelines while contributing ideas that evolve the aesthetic.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with Marketing, Merchandising, Copy, and Development teams to ensure creative execution supports business and campaign goals.
  • Translate creative vision into execution by partnering with developers and content teams to update Shopify sites and build Klaviyo email campaigns.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality work on time and with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Stay ahead of trends in fashion, digital design, and technology to keep our creative work fresh and relevant.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design (or equivalent experience).
  • 4+ years of professional experience in digital graphic design—fashion or retail strongly preferred.
  • Strong skills in typography, composition, color theory, and responsive design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma/XD (or similar design tools).
  • Ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Nice to Have

  • Motion graphics or video editing experience.
  • Basic familiarity with HTML/CSS.
  • Experience working in Shopify or similar CMS platforms.

This is a full-time onsite role in our downtown Seattle office.
Base salary range: $70,000-$85,000 per year, depending on skills, experience, and other job-related factors.
