About the Role
We’re looking for a creative, analytical, and detail-driven Digital Marketing Associate to join our growing team at MCO. In this role, you’ll help bring the brand story to life across digital touchpoints — from email and SMS to paid and organic channels. You’ll collaborate closely with merchandising, creative, copy, and digital teams to build cohesive, high-performing campaigns that connect with customers and drive measurable results.
If you’re a natural multitasker who thrives at the intersection of creativity and data — and you’re passionate about fashion, storytelling, and digital innovation — we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do
Marketing & Campaign Execution
- Lead cross-functional collaboration between merchandising, creative, copy, and digital teams to deliver cohesive campaigns across all digital channels.
- Strengthen omni-channel messaging and funnel strategy, aligning content to key brand and business goals.
- Manage weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc performance reporting — translating data into actionable insights and optimization strategies.
- Stay ahead of the competition with weekly market and trend analysis, identifying opportunities to improve channel performance.
- Oversee creative reporting and testing frameworks to continuously enhance engagement and conversion.
- Support paid search and paid social strategy by coordinating assets and briefs with internal and external partners.
- Own the email and SMS campaign process end-to-end — from ideation and briefing through build, proofing, and scheduling.
- Collaborate with Creative and Merchandising to align messaging, product priorities, and seasonal storytelling.
- Build and optimize automated email and SMS journeys that drive retention and customer lifetime value.
- Partner with Klaviyo to leverage best-practice strategies, advanced segmentation, and reporting insights.
- Set and monitor KPIs to support database growth, engagement, and revenue targets.
Copy & Content Strategy
- Write and edit compelling copy for SMS, paid search, paid social, and organic social channels.
- Support email copywriting and coordinate translation requests as needed.
- Implement cohesive storytelling across campaigns, guided by go-to-market briefs and performance data.
- Contribute to the evolution of brand voice and tone, ensuring consistency across all channels and audiences.

- Strong analytical skills with a creative mindset.
- Exceptional writing and communication abilities.
- Highly organized and adaptable — able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
