
HR Technology Intern

Responsibilities:
- Assist in documenting system configurations, processes, and workflows for HR modules like SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Onboarding and Performance, Compensation, ensuring clarity and completeness.
- Prepare clear and user-friendly guides, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) for end users and HR Shared Services (HRSS) teams to facilitate efficient system use.
- Support in gathering and organizing requirements for potential system enhancements, contributing to effective communication of needs to the development team.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and completeness of documentation, requiring effective communication skills and attention to detail.
- Provide assistance in the development and delivery of training materials for system users.
- Participate in quality assurance by testing system functionalities and configurations.
- Rotational Shifts: (2 PM - 10 PM IST) and (6 PM - 2 AM IST)
What we are looking for in you
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong interest in HR systems and technology.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
- Basic understanding of HR processes is an advantage.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to ensure accuracy and completeness in documentation.

MongoDB internships are full-time (40 hours/week) for 10 consecutive weeks lasting from dates in April until July. All interns are considered hybrid employees, designated the "in office" working model and are expected to be in their office location 3-5 days a week.
