We specialize in out-of-network surgical claims, and partner directly with our clients to ensure the maximum reimbursement for their services. We are currently seeking a Chief Data Officer to join our rapidly growing team. This is a full-time, in person position located in Queens, New York.
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Commercial Health Insurance Portal Administrator who will create and manage key records of healthcare providers and internal staff. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our systems to ensure smooth operations. This is not an IT role. This is a full time, in-person position with 2 location options: Richmond Hill, Queens or Middle Island.
Key Responsibilities
• Responsible for gaining access as 3rd party billing company to various client’s portals such as: Availity, Navinet, Emblem Health, Optum UHC etc...
• Responsible for communicating with clients to facilitate Portal Access
• Ensure only authorized users have access to the Claims Portal
• Assists new hires with access to portals, existing employees with MFA resets and other types of password resets
• Respond to emails and requests from employees
• Monitor and manage access permissions for different user roles
• Implement strong password and regular updates
• Provide support for technical issues
• Communicate any planned downtime to users in advance
Qualifications
Minimum one (1) year of portal management experience including customer service
PC skills including MS Word and Excel
Vocational School/Certificate Program: Medical billing, Health Information Technology or similar health care field
High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) required. Some college preferred
Salary
This position offers a salary of $25 per hour.
