About Us
M&D Capital is a leading third-party Medical Billing and Revenue Cycle Management company serving clients across the United States. We operate offices across multiple states, along with a growing international team. We specialize in out-of-network surgical claims, and partner directly with our clients to ensure the maximum reimbursement for their services. We are currently seeking a Chief Data Officer to join our rapidly growing team. This is a full-time, in person position located in Queens, New York.
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our recruiting team at an exciting point of rapid organizational growth. This role is essential to ensuring a smooth, efficient, and high-quality hiring process, enabling the company to continue to scale. You will play a key part in managing candidate flow, coordinating interviews, conducting initial screenings, and keeping recruitment processes moving forward.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent people skills, and enjoys balancing multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
Hours: Monday-Friday 9 AM to 5 PM EST
Key Responsibilities
- Support HR and hiring managers in managing requisitions
- Review and evaluate incoming resumes to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct initial candidate screenings (phone/video) to assess fit and interest
- Schedule interviews and coordinate calendars between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the applicant tracking system
- Document interview feedback and ensure timely updates across the hiring team
- Communicate regularly with candidates to provide updates and ensure a positive experience
- Track recruiting metrics and assist with reporting as needed
- Proactively identify process improvements to increase efficiency and candidate quality
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or administrative roles
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable interacting and communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in healthcare, RCM, or related industries preferred
