
GTM Strategy & Operations Associate
We are currently seeking a GTM Strategy & Operations Associate to join our team remotely!
Position Overview:
As our GTM Strategy & Operations Associate, reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for driving projects across our entire go-to-market platform. This role is ideal for early-career candidates with experience in consulting, finance, or related fields, and a strong interest in marketing and the broader go-to-market functions of growing software companies
We are looking for someone with a curiosity about the healthcare landscape and the ability to create structure from complexity to accelerate our go-to-market function. In this role, you will partner closely with product management, sales, customer success, and the entire executive team. You will build content that highlights our customer success stories, take ownership of the tools and processes that enable our go-to-market team, and participate in strategic planning by facilitating the creation of our investor relations materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute B2B content marketing strategy for our products, leveraging data-driven research and our subject-matter experts.
- Ensure that our brand remains visible on search engines and in the responses of LLMs.
- Provide cross-functional support to develop sales enablement materials, including written, graphic, and video content for our ideal customer profile such as: newsletters, case studies, webinars, podcasts, presentations, e-books, etc.
- Manage the tools and processes that support our go-to-market team, including: HubSpot, Figma, Ahrefs, G2, and others.
- Support company strategic planning by managing the creation of quarterly board decks in coordination with MD Clarity’s CEO and executive team.
- Evaluate opportunities for AI to accelerate our go-to-market platform, whether through AI-powered design, AI-enabled outbound prospecting, or other capabilities.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Understanding of the financial processes that govern healthcare provider reimbursement from patients and insurers; direct experience with revenue cycle management is a strong plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (we’ll test your writing skills as part of this process).
- Ability to synthesize pertinent industry research into clear, digestible content that resonates with target audiences.
- Ability to leverage AI tools to increase the efficiency and pace of content creation while maintaining quality.
- Proven ability to create executive-ready slide decks in PowerPoint.
- Strong interest in learning about the go-to-market platform of a growing software company, with an emphasis on the marketing function.
- Natural drive to take on challenges, seek feedback, and continuously improve.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in related field or higher
- 2+ years of experience in consulting, finance, or a related field, with the proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and adapt to varied business needs.
- Direct experience in healthcare revenue cycle is strongly preferred; experience in related fields such as healthcare operations, payments, or insurance is required at minimum.
