This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys both hands-on financial operations and forward-looking financial analysis, and who wants to help build the FP&A capability of a growing organization.

- Assist with preparation of financial presentations for the Executive Leadership Team
- Partner with operational leaders to understand business performance and cost drivers
- Improve financial visibility across the organization through reporting and analysis
- Lead financial forecasting and long-range financial planning
Strategic Finance & Business Insights (Long Term)
As the company expands its business lines and financial complexity increases, the role will evolve into a more strategic FP&A function.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop scenario modeling and financial projections to support strategic decisions
- Provide financial insights to support new business initiatives and growth opportunities
- Build dashboards and performance metrics that improve decision-making across the organization
- Support capital allocation decisions and financial strategy discussions
