Brand Manager

The Role:

The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the brand strategy, ensuring consistent and compelling messaging across all platforms. You will play a crucial role in driving brand awareness, loyalty, and growth in the highly competitive food industry. This role requires a balance of creativity, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution, making it ideal for someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Brand Strategy Development: Lead the development and execution of the brand’s positioning, messaging, and visual identity. Align the brand strategy with the company’s overall vision and goals.
  • Product Launches: Plan, manage, and execute product launches, ensuring seamless coordination between product development, marketing, and sales teams.
  • Market Research & Insights: Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor analysis. Leverage insights to drive brand growth and positioning.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, influencer, retail) to increase brand awareness and drive product trial.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the creation of marketing assets, including packaging, website content, social media content, and promotional materials.
  • Partnerships & Collaborations: Identify and manage relationships with influencers, bloggers, and brand partners to amplify the brand’s reach.
  • Brand Performance Tracking: Monitor brand performance and KPIs, using data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers across various platforms, respond to inquiries, and monitor feedback to improve the overall brand experience.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, sales, and operations teams to ensure that branding aligns with product innovation and market demand. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in brand management within the food or CPG industry.
  • Proven experience developing and executing brand strategies in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce trends.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and innovation.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with brand performance metrics.

Compensation:  
The base salary range for this role is $90,000 - $120,000 annually, which is just one aspect of our total compensation package. In addition to the salary, this position is eligible for a potential annual bonus and equity! Actual compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
