Marketing Coordinator

The Role:  

The Marketing Coordinator - Campaigns & Digital Strategy will play a key role in executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital platforms, social media, influencer partnerships, and in-store initiatives. With a strong focus on content management, this individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness and engagement. The role involves managing social media accounts (IG & TikTok), supporting shopper marketing efforts, overseeing website improvements, and creating email marketing content. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to analyze performance and track key metrics, while managing multiple projects with attention to detail. A background in CPG marketing and familiarity with digital trends and social media strategy are essential.  This is a hybrid position, requiring three days in office a week. 

Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management & Execution: Oversee and execute content calendars across digital platforms, social media, influencer partnerships, and in-store marketing.
  • Social Media Management (IG & TikTok): Build and execute social content calendars, leveraging brand strategy and current social trends. Brief assets, write captions, and monitor performance to assess campaign success.
  • Shopper Marketing Support: Assist the Shopper Marketing lead in executing targeted marketing programs.
  • Website Management: Collaborate with web developers and designers to brief website improvements and create assets, especially with a focus on rebranding efforts.
  • Email Marketing: Partner with copywriters to develop engaging email marketing content and analyze campaign performance to provide actionable insights.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track key brand and marketing KPIs, manage budgets, ensure effective marketing spend allocation, and create detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of marketing experience, particularly in CPG.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and consumer insights.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Experience with digital marketing, social media, and influencer partnerships is highly desirable.

Compensation:  
The base salary range for this role is $58,000 - $76,000 annually, which is just one aspect of our total compensation package. In addition to the salary, this position is eligible for a potential annual bonus and equity! Actual compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
