THE ROLE

In this role, you will assist in developing, deploying, and managing analytics across a variety of functions within the MLC.  You will work with large and diverse sets of data to ensure accurate, complete, and timely reporting to internal and external stakeholders.  You will also play a key role in optimizing processes via automation using a variety of innovative technologies.  

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 2 years working with data visualization software that is Microsoft Power BI
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience developing business solutions using a variety of software tools & language, preferably with Microsoft Power Platform and/or full stack development including using at least one object-oriented programming language.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform to include Power Automate, Power APPs and Power BI
  • Knowledge of SharePoint permissions and infrastructure
  • Energetic change agent who likes to solve challenging problems – strong initiative
  • Experience working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders across a variety of functions to reach consensus and direction
  • Relentless in researching options for solutions from a variety of resources
  • Technically savvy, and adept at learning new platforms quickly
  • Flexible and willing to learn new tools to implement creative and innovative solutions
  • Attention to detail

 

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

AS A MEMBER OF THE DATA ANALYTICS & AUTOMATION TEAM, YOU WILL:

  • Develop, deploy, and manage analytic dashboards across different functional teams within the organization
  • Quickly and efficiently analyze large datasets, while ensuring accurate and timely delivery of reporting to internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop, deploy, and manage automations throughout the organization, using tools like Power Automate, UiPath, and other technology platforms
  • Assist in process improvement initiatives across The MLC
  • Set-up and manage various applications and automated workflows
  • Driving company-wide excellence by working with stakeholders to analyze operations and recommend solutions
  • Fostering a KPI culture through engaging stakeholders in determining key KPIs for given processes as needed
