THE ROLE
In this role, you are responsible for bringing critical marketing initiatives to life via your ability to orchestrate complex projects across stakeholders. You are a self-starter with strong project management skills and a keen attention to detail. You love to solve problems, big and small, you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and you approach every challenge head-on. As an integral member of the Marketing Team, you will have the unique opportunity to be part of an organization that is changing the game in the music industry, building this organization from the ground up.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor’s Degree · 2-3+ years’ marketing, advertising or graphic design experience preferred · Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel and PowerPoint · Proficiency working with CRM systems preferably Hubspot · Superior organization skills and attention to detail with an ability to maintain to do lists and stick to tight deadlines · Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work with individuals across the business · Positive attitude with a "get it done" and "can-do" mentality

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
YOU WILL DRIVE FORWARD KEY MARKETING PROJECTS AND INITIATIVES BY:
· Working with marketing team and key stakeholders to coordinate day-to-day activities that lead to the completion of projects and tasks · Owning project management of initiative and campaign calendars by ensuring effective cross-functional communication across key stakeholders · Assisting in the implementation of marketing plans by tracking and communicating status and issues with the team · Managing marketing assets and maintaining a repository of brand-approved collateral and content · Coordinating the creation of new materials, as needed |
YOU WILL MANAGE CRITICAL DEPARTMENT ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES BY: |
· Developing and executing research and reporting across key activities and campaigns · Maintaining departmental databases and developing additional spreadsheets and queries, as needed · Supporting calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements · Reviewing all creative materials with a detailed and strategic eye to ensure they're error-free, on-brand, and align with the goals of The MLC · Partnering with external agencies on various assignments, acting as liaison with meeting coordination and asset delivery · Assist with tasks related to internal and external events
