THE ROLE

In this role, you are responsible for managing marketing projects to fulfill marketing strategies and using market intelligence to influence changes in marketing directions. You are a self-starter with strong project management skills and a keen attention to detail. You love to solve problems, big and small, you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and you approach every challenge head-on. As a member of the Marketing Team, you will have the unique opportunity to be part of an organization that is changing the game in the music industry.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in marketing, project management, brand management, advertising placement, or promotions development
  • Experience in the music industry and/or multicultural marketing is preferred
  • Proven ability to implement marketing strategies based on data and analytics
  • Experience driving engagement and loyalty through platform-specific content and changes
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess ROI for marketing projects
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams, maintaining flexibility while demonstrating strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop, CRM systems, and project management tools such as Asana or Basecamp

 

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

AS A MEMBER OF THE MARKETING TEAM, YOU WILL MANAGE MARKETING PROJECTS BY:

  • Effectively and efficiently manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring results are achieved ranging from quick-turnaround tasks to long-lead initiatives.
  • Support the development and continuous improvement of project management processes and marketing workflows.
  • Navigate a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing competing priorities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing leadership team on resource planning and project prioritization.
  • Ensure alignment between campaign objectives and business metrics, adapting project plans based on data and feedback.

YOU WILL LEAD AND EXECUTE CRITICAL MARKETING PROCESSES BY:

  • Establish, manage, and adjust the end-to-end project management process for marketing initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of all deadlines.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and workflows for marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve risks or roadblocks.
  • Track KPIs related to the performance of marketing strategies and advertisements, including regular communication of project status and risks.
  • Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable recommendations.
