Position Details:
The Client Support Representative establishes and nurtures relationships with MedElite’s clients through regular check-ins, escalation management, and progress reporting. This position is an essential part of MedElite’s services infrastructure that enables and supports our clients, ensuring the best possible clinical outcomes for their patients.
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Illinois and Wisconsin
Travel Requirement: 80 - 100%
Responsibilities:
- Confirm Facility contacts and explain the role of each, e.g. Specialty Scheduling contact, HTR Reports, AI daily reports, etc.
- Update CRM with client-specific information
- Act as the primary point of contact responding to inquiries and concerns from Facility representatives (NHA, DON, BOM)
- Present clinical performance reports to Facility leadership regularly or as requested by the Facility
- Conduct Facility clinical assessments
- Assist Account Representatives with new provider credentialing requests
- Confirm new services with client facilities
- Conduct in-person facility visits
Education & Experience:
- 2+ years of experience with healthcare, preferably working with Long-term Care Facilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/Google
- The ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- The ability to travel regularly to client facilities and an active driver’s license that is in good standing
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred

Salary Range: $30 - $40/hour
