Position Summary:
MedElite is seeking a dynamic and personable individual to serve as our Consent Coordinator. This hybrid role bridges client outreach and obtaining consent with essential office support, ensuring both our client relationships and internal operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator, highly organized, and eager to support a fast-paced, service-driven team.
Key Responsibilities:
Consent Coordinator

Place daily outbound calls to patients' families, NOKs, or responsible parties to explain the purpose, benefits, and structure of applicable Medicare programs.

Clearly articulate the goals, eligibility, and patient benefits of the programs in a professional and compassionate manner.

Obtain and document verbal or written consent in accordance with CMS and company protocols.

Accurately log all call outcomes and maintain meticulous documentation in designated platforms.

Meet or exceed a conversion rate goal of ≥60% of all successfully connected calls (i.e., where the NOK is reached).

Participate in pre-call preparation and post-call documentation for audit readiness.

Manage follow-up calls when families request time to review materials or consult with other family members.

Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure timely enrollment and onboarding of consenting patients.

Respond professionally to questions or concerns about Medicare programs, escalating complex inquiries to appropriate clinical staff when necessary.

Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to stay current with program updates, compliance requirements, and communication techniques.
Office Coordination & Support
- Maintain a well-stocked breakroom and common areas, including ordering and managing snacks, coffee, and supplies.
- Assist with employee onboarding by coordinating name badges and desk assignments.
- Monitor and assist with employee time and attendance tracking using EMPEON or similar platforms.
- Act as a liaison between leadership and staff for general office needs or support tasks.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment for staff, clients, and visitors.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or administrative support.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM or HRIS platforms.
- Positive attitude, team-player mentality, and a strong sense of ownership.
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience in healthcare, senior services, or home care agencies is a plus.
- Background in managing supplies, office operations, or HR-related support duties.
