About MedElite

At MedElite, we believe that every skilled nursing and long-term care community is home to individuals who have lived full, rich lives and shaped the world we know today. As they navigate the challenges of aging, they deserve nothing less than exceptional care.

Since 2011, MedElite has been redefining post-acute care. We implement a proactive, data-driven "treat in place" model that brings advanced practice providers and specialty clinicians directly to the patient's bedside. By taking the administrative burden off our clinicians, we allow them to focus purely on what matters most: improving patient outcomes, reducing hospitalizations, and providing compassionate care.

Changing the face of healthcare takes an incredible team—and we need an incredible storyteller and strategist to help us build it.

The Role

We are seeking a bold, creative, and highly strategic Content Marketing Specialist to own our company’s voice from the inside out.

Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, and working closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will serve as the architect of our external Employer Brand and our internal Chief Storyteller. Your primary objective is to develop an aggressive, trend-forward social media strategy to attract and recruit top-tier clinical talent (NPs, specialty physicians, and office staff). Your secondary objective is to create an intranet and newsletter ecosystem that celebrates our current employees, boosts retention, and deepens our team spirit.

You won't be doing this alone. You will have a dedicated graphic design and animation team at your disposal. We need a visionary who can lead these creative resources, harness the power of AI, and keep MedElite at the forefront of digital trends.

Primary Responsibilities: External Content & Talent Acquisition (70%)

Your goal: Drive impressions, grow our follower base, and create an irresistible employer brand that makes clinicians want to work at MedElite.

  • Own the Social Ecosystem: Manage and execute the day-to-day content strategy across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
  • Master & Capitalize on Trends: You are our eyes and ears on the digital ground. Identify and execute on emerging social media trends, viral audio, and cultural moments to maximize our reach and keep MedElite's brand fresh and relevant.
  • Direct the Creative Vision: You will act as the creative director for your content, briefing and leading our dedicated graphic design and animation teams to produce high-quality, thumb-stopping visuals that align with your strategy.
  • Recruitment-Driven Campaigns: Partner closely with the Talent Acquisition team to understand hiring needs. Translate those needs into creative, bold social campaigns that highlight MedElite's unique selling points (e.g., no weekends, great work-life balance, clinical autonomy).
  • SEO & Discoverability: Apply fundamental Search Engine Optimization (SEO) principles to our external blog and web content, ensuring that when top-tier clinicians search for career opportunities in the NY area, MedElite is the first name they see.
  • Analytics & Growth: Track and report on social media KPIs. Use data to understand what content drives actual applicant conversion and adjust your strategy accordingly.

Secondary Responsibilities: Internal Communications & Culture (30%)

Your goal: Make every MedElite employee feel seen, valued, and connected to our broader mission of exceptional patient care.

  • Internal Storytelling: Write compelling, interview-based long-form content (like our "Care Coordinator Spotlights") that highlights the humans behind the medical charts.
  • Own the Internal Newsletter & Blog: Develop the editorial calendar for our company intranet and email newsletters. Ensure consistent, high-quality distribution of company wins, clinical updates, and cultural milestones.
  • Employee Engagement: Work alongside HR and Leadership to develop internal content campaigns that boost morale, encourage retention, and build a cohesive culture across our nationwide network of providers.
  • Clinical Compliance & Accuracy: Because we operate in a highly regulated industry, you will collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and clinical leadership to ensure all content—from a TikTok video to an internal newsletter—is medically accurate and fully HIPAA-compliant.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in content marketing, social media management, or employer branding. (Healthcare or recruitment marketing experience is a massive plus, but not strictly required).
  • Exceptional Writing & AI Fluency: You are a chameleon who can write a punchy 15-word TikTok caption and a thoughtful 800-word interview article. Furthermore, you know how to leverage AI tools to brainstorm, scale copywriting, and optimize workflows without losing the authentic, human voice of our brand.
  • Creative Leadership: You have experience (or a strong aptitude for) writing clear creative briefs, providing constructive feedback, and successfully guiding graphic designers and animators to execute your vision.
  • Strategic Thinking (The "Why"): You don't just post to post. You tie every single piece of content back to a distinct business goal—whether that is Recruitment, Retention, or Brand Awareness.Interpersonal Skills: You will be interviewing clinicians and executives. You must be deeply empathetic, a great listener, and able to pull a great story out of anyone.

Form CC-305

Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
