The Role

We’re seeking an exceptional Head of Product to establish and scale our product organization. Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer and working closely with the leadership team, you’ll own product execution for our AI-native healthcare platform.

This role is ideal for a proven product leader passionate about advancing science and public health through technology. You have experience bringing transformative products to life in complex, regulated environments, and a deep understanding of how data and evidence can drive breakthroughs in medicine and health equity. You’ll be both a strategic thinker and an execution driver building the roadmap, team, and processes that will power Medeloop’s mission to accelerate discovery and improve public health and healthcare delivery. .

What You’ll Do

• Serve as a key member of the leadership team, shaping product vision, go-to-market strategy, and investment priorities
• Build and lead Medeloop’s product organization, including hiring and developing a high-performing team.
• Translate company strategy into granular product roadmaps spanning analytics, study management, and grant development.
• Work with customers, researchers, and clinicians to prioritize needs and shape features that deliver measurable impact.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities in government, academia, and life sciences.
• Partner with engineering, design, and data science to ensure alignment between product vision and execution.
• Drive product development in accordance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, FDA, GDPR if global).
• Create structured feedback loops with researchers, clinicians, and public health officials.
• You will help lead and develop Medeloop’s government contracts and grants. 

What We’re Looking For

• Rich experience in product management, including leadership roles.
• Proven record of scaling enterprise B2B SaaS products in healthcare, life sciences, or other regulated industries.
• Deep experience with analytics, RWE/RWD, and/or healthcare data-intensive applications.
• Strong technical and/or scientific fluency and ability to partner effectively with engineering.
• Exceptional execution capabilities proven through consistently shipping complex products on time.
• Data-driven mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Passion for transforming clinical research and public health with AI and data-driven technologies. Motivated by impact on health equity and discovery. 
• As a research oriented company we will prefer candidates who have conducted original research but similar experience in healthcare, life sciences, or AI/analytics product leadership will also be considered.
