We’re looking for a Production Administrative Assistant to provide steady administrative and operational support to our production leaders and broadcast/content team. This role exists to keep everything running smoothly — schedules, information, travel, and logistics. You take pride in organization, clarity, and follow‑through, and you’re motivated by helping a busy department stay on track. As a key partner to the Production Operations Manager and production leadership, you’ll help keep the team prepared, informed, and one step ahead in how we support the Apple partnership.

The Work 

  • Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the Group Executive Producers including scheduling and calendar management.
  • Create and maintain department and project calendars for the broadcast/content team across multiple projects.
  • Assist with meeting prep: agendas, materials, room/link setup, notes, and action item follow‑up.
  • Create presentations and documents that clearly communicate project status, timelines, and needs.
  • Coordinate travel for productions and production leadership, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
  • Track and reconcile travel and production expenses; assist with expense reports for the production leads and key team members.
  • Keep production work areas, physical and digital, organized and easy to navigate.
  • Partner with the broader admin/ops team on department meetings, off‑sites, work sessions, and occasional team events.
  • Coordinate with IT and office services to ensure the production team has the tools and access they need.

Qualifications & Skills:  

  • 1–3+ years’ experience in an administrative, operations, or coordination role; experience in a creative or production environment is a plus.
  • Proven experience managing complex calendars, schedules, and logistics across multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills for paperwork, digital files, and record keeping across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Experience with travel coordination and basic travel research; comfort working with travel partners or tools.
  • Comfort with basic financial/operational processes such as POs, invoices, and expense reports.
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow‑through, with the ability to handle complex instructions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.

Pay & Benefits 

The base pay for this role is $55,000 annually (non-exempt; eligible for overtime pay in accordance with applicable law).
