Customer Success Manager

The Customer Success Manager (CSM) plays a key role in supporting our clients and ensuring they achieve the best possible results through mediasmart’s programmatic platform. You’ll be the main point of contact for our EMEA clients, helping them optimize their campaigns, providing strategic recommendations, and ensuring smooth collaboration across internal teams.

SUMMARY & DUTIES

  • Act as the main point of contact for mediasmart clients, understanding their business goals and ensuring campaigns are aligned with their strategy.
  • Provide proactive advice and recommendations to optimize performance, leveraging mediasmart’s programmatic tools.
  • Review and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and actionable feedback to clients and internal teams.
  • Support both self-service clients —who manage their own campaigns— and managed-service clients —whose campaigns are fully operated by mediasmart.
  • Manage day-to-day client requests and coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Partnerships/Supply, Technical Support, Analytics, and Product.
  • Troubleshoot level-1 technical issues and report bugs or incidents to the development team.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales team to identify opportunities for account growth and campaign expansion.
  • Maintain strong attention to detail and organization while managing multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1–3 years of experience working in programmatic advertising (DSP, agency, or similar environment).
  • Located in Madrid, Spain (hybrid model).
  • Fluent in English (essential for daily communication).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and drive client success.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of multitasking.
  • Basic Excel skills; experience using DSPs or programmatic buying platforms is a plus.
  • Motivated to develop a long-term career in AdTech.
