We are looking for a passionate and commercially minded Country Manager for Greece to join our growing team. You will own the market strategy and performance, ensuring our brands grow in visibility and engagement with Greek players.

📍 Location: Remote or Cyprus Office

What you’ll do

• Own P&L for Greece and deliver on growth, acquisition, and retention targets.
• Build and lead local teams/agencies across marketing, CRM, content, and affiliates.
• Drive acquisition via affiliates, media, partnerships, and localized campaigns.
• Ensure full compliance with Greek HGC regulations, advertising rules, and responsible gaming requirements.
• Maintain senior relationships with affiliates, media, payment providers, and local authorities.
• Adapt global product, promo, and CRM strategy to Greek customer behavior.
• Monitor KPIs (NGR, FTDs, LTV/CAC) and implement corrective actions when needed.

What we’re looking for

• 4–5+ years in iGaming/betting. Preferably on the operator side.
• 1+ year in a Country Manager position in iGaming or Betting.
• Experience growing regulated markets within advertising and bonus restrictions.
• Strong commercial mindset with proven P&L ownership.
• Deep understanding of Greek player behavior, channels, and cultural specifics.
• Native-level Greek + fluent English.

Nice to have

• Experience in both Sportsbook & Casino.
• Network within Greek affiliates and media.
