We are growing and are looking for a highly motivated individual, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and strong experience of working within healthcare consultancy to join our team.

Our success has led to continued expansion both in the range of services we offer and our global presence. We are now looking for a talented and enthusiastic Growth Co Ordinator to join the team.

The Growth Co Ordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of Growth teams by managing CRM systems, generating reports, supporting growth initiatives, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration. This role is responsible for maintaining data integrity, streamlining internal processes, and providing operational support to drive business development success.

 

Education, Work Experience and Skills

 

  • BA in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations, or commercial experience in a related field
  • Previous, demonstrable experience of working in an administration-focused role
  • Proficient with Microsoft tools specifically Excel and PowerPoint, experience of  Power BI, Hub Spot and Tableau advantageous 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • An analytical mindset with strong attention to detail skills
  • A strong team player with a collaborative approach to work
  • Proven ability to build effective working relationships with all levels of staff
  • Excellent organisational skills, with previous experience of managing multiple projects and working to conflicting deadlines
  • Effective decision-making skills and analytical thinking
  • Proactive and innovative approach to work

Core Responsibilities

 

  • Generate, analyze, and distribute growth reports, identifying key trends, insights, and opportunities
  • Collaborate with growth and SPS teams to refine reporting structures and ensure alignment with overall growth objectives
  • Conduct research on specific market data, industry trends, and competitive landscapes to support growth strategy
  • Develop reports on target industries, customer segments, and emerging opportunities to inform growth strategy
  • Assist in prospect identification to accelerate pipeline growth
  • Liaise with HubSpot platform users to ensure accurate data entry, maintenance, and optimization of the system.
  • Support ongoing development and customization of HubSpot, identifying opportunities to improve usability and data integrity.
  • Train team members on best practices for CRM usage, ensuring alignment with BD and growth initiatives.
  • Establish, promote, and maintain best practices for new business development processes, ensuring efficiency and consistency
  • Continuously evaluate and refine BD processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide recommendations for automation and technology improvements to streamline growth operations
