Medsien is a venture-backed healthcare SaaS company experiencing rapid growth and looking to expand our team. We are seeking experienced, motivated, and results-driven FREELANCE SEO SPECIALISTS to support our marketing efforts and elevate our brand’s digital visibility.

As a Freelance SEO Specialist, you will work closely with our marketing team on a project-based assignment. We seek a mid-level to senior professional passionate about improving website performance, growing organic traffic, and implementing smart SEO strategies to drive measurable impact. This role requires strong technical and content SEO skills, excellent communication in English, and the ability to collaborate effectively with a remote team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-scale SEO audits and provide actionable recommendations,
• Identify SEO issues and opportunities across the Medsien website and blog,
• Research and implement targeted keyword strategies across pages and content,
• Optimize on-page SEO, including metadata, internal linking, and structured content,
• Collaborate with content creators to ensure content is SEO-friendly and aligned with our ICP,
• Monitor search engine performance using tools like Google Search Console, GA4, and SEMrush,
• Build high-quality backlinks and monitor domain authority progress,
• Deliver monthly SEO performance reports and insights to the Marketing Manager and COO,
• Participate in weekly marketing meetings to share progress, align priorities, and flag blockers.

Qualifications / Desired Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience (freelance or agency work welcome),
• Proficiency in SEO tools: Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.,
• Solid understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO principles,
• Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow),
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and data-driven decision-making,
• Ability to self-manage, set priorities, and deliver tasks within deadlines,
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills,
• Perfect English skills; both written and oral,
• Residing in Turkey or the European region and able to work remotely during mutually agreed-upon hours.

Project Details

• This is a project-based freelance opportunity with flexible timing.
• Scope and duration will depend on deliverables, which will be clearly defined.
• The expected project timeline will be discussed and agreed upon during the selection process.

• This is a freelance contractor position for a defined project scope with Medsien Inc.
• Candidates must be based in Turkey or the European region. Any applicant outside these regions will be automatically eliminated from the process. 
• All interviews will be conducted in English and the candidates having less than advanced level of English will be directly eliminated from the process regardless of their technical skills and expertise.
