Medsien is a venture-backed healthcare SaaS company experiencing rapid growth and looking to expand our team. We are seeking an organized, motivated, and passionate Junior Product Manager to join our team of talented and inspiring developers in a fast-paced environment. 

As a Junior Product Manager, you'll work with senior leadership and our engineering and operations teams. We're looking for a candidate who is passionate about building and improving products with a high impact on patients, who will join a growing team in developing the products that enable providers to provide high-quality services to their patients.

As a Junior Product Manager, you will:

• Support the product roadmap from concept to launch,
• Play a collaborative role in an agile scrum team,
• Assist with cross-team execution of new features and optimization of existing ones,
• Co-partner with Design, UX Research, and Operations to enhance customer experience,
• Help communicate product updates and strategy with internal stakeholders and executives,
• Contribute to defining, tracking, and communicating clear success metrics.

Please apply if you have:

• 1+ years of experience in Product Management with a strong passion for improving user experience,
• Experience in building and launching interactive products,
• Familiarity with agile product development methodologies,
• Creativity, drive, and ability to navigate ambiguity,
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills,
• Strong problem-solving abilities,
• A self-starter attitude and ability to work effectively across all levels,
• A natural curiosity paired with analytical skills to support data-driven decision-making,
• Ability to work cross-functionally and motivate teams toward a shared goal,
• A Bachelor's degree, preferably in a technical field,
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken,
• Residence in central Istanbul.

• This is a permanent-term contractor job opportunity with Medsien Inc.
• Candidates living outside of Istanbul city center will be automatically eliminated from the process.
