Why this role matters

As a Clinical Operations Specialist – Provider Relations, you will ensure Medsien’s remote care programs are successfully launched, integrated, and supported within partner practices. This role combines implementation expertise, operational support, and provider relationship management. You’ll work directly with providers and staff to align Medsien’s programs with their workflows, deliver training, and ensure sustained adoption and success.

What You’ll Do

• Lead Medsien programs and staff training onsite.
• Partner with clinical and administrative leaders to align Medsien programs with their care delivery goals.
• Monitor adoption and outcomes using data and reporting tools.
• Ensure compliance with program and billing requirements
• Travel weekly to provider sites for training, implementation, and relationship building.
  
  

What You’ll Need

• 3–5 years of experience in healthcare program implementation, practice operations, provider relations, or customer success.
• Proven success in onboarding clinics, redesigning workflows, or leading healthcare process improvements.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, communications, or related field preferred.
• Strong communication, training, and relationship-building skills with clinical and administrative staff.
• Analytical thinker with the ability to use data to measure and influence outcome
• Comfortable working independently in the field and traveling frequently.
• Familiarity with EHR systems, billing workflows, and healthcare compliance is a plus.
• Clinical training or experience is required.
• Knowledge of Medicare programs or value-based care is a plus.
• Background in remote care, population health, or hybrid care delivery is a plus.
