Medsien is a venture-backed healthcare SaaS company experiencing rapid growth and looking to expand our team. We are seeking an organized, motivated, and passionate Product Specialist to join our team of talented and inspiring colleagues in a fast-paced environment. 

We’re seeking a Product Specialist to identify, validate, and launch the next wave of features for our Medsien mobile app. This is a highly entrepreneurial, 0→1 role for someone who wants direct ownership of turning ideas and insight into real products in customers' phones and measurable performance. You will have the chance to experience and participate in the end-to-end new product lifecycle—from market and competitor analysis, product and brand strategy, advertising alignment, formulation, and material sourcing, through launch and early revenue validation.

As a Product Specialist, you will play a crucial role in establishing strong connections between our product and users. With our talented Product and Engineering teams, you will lead the development of new features, improve existing features, and shape the product processes from scratch. Collaborating closely with support, sales, and marketing teams, you will ensure a seamless feedback loop, enabling continuous product improvements. You will have the opportunity to directly see the results of the features you have proposed, gaining invaluable insights into their specific use cases and challenges and integrating those in our product. This is an instrumental, cross-functional role that will be pivotal in our scaling efforts.

As a Product Specialist, you will:

• Support the product roadmap from concept to launch,
• Play a collaborative role in an agile scrum team,
• Assist with cross-team execution of new features and optimization of existing ones,
• Co-partner with Design, UX Research, and Operations to enhance customer experience,
• Help communicate product updates and strategy with internal stakeholders and executives,
• Research new interest areas of targeted users, propose new features and create relevant content,
• Contribute to defining, tracking, and communicating clear success metrics.

What you will enjoy working on:

• Collect, quantify, and prioritize product-related challenges for consideration by our product and engineering teams in future development.
• Seek information and contribute to the building and shaping of our product, solving conceptual problems along the way.
• Research new trends in our targeted user group and drive continuous product improvements by proposing new features.
• Dive deep into data and analyze user feedback to derive insights that drive continuous product improvements.
• Create content for our users to increase their loyalty.
• Identify root causes of issues and develop effective solutions to address them.

Requirements:

• Passion for delivering exceptional user experiences and a proven ability to develop a deep understanding of complex products and their various use cases.
• Proficiency in data analysis, conducting in-depth research on our users’ preferences, extracting meaningful insights, and utilizing them to drive product enhancements.
• Ability to empathize with user problems, understanding pain points and needs to effectively shape product decisions.
• Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Problem-focused and solutions-oriented mindset with exceptional attention to detail and a hands-on approach to getting things done.
• Commercial mindset.
• Experience with B2C products and working with end users.
• Comfort operating in a distributed, asynchronous environment, with a bias toward documentation, clarity, and momentum.
• Strong Program Management skills.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Excellent English skills, both written and verbal.
• Residence in Istanbul city center.
• Maximum of 3 years of experience in product operations, product management, or a closely related operational role working closely with product and engineering teams is a strong nice to have.

• This is a permanent-term contractor job opportunity with Medsien Inc.
• Due to in-person collaboration requirements, candidates based in Istanbul are preferred.
