Partnership & Events Specialist
As the Partnerships & Events Specialist, you will hold a key role in the marketing team, executing the global partnership and experiential strategy for the brand. The role is a high-stakes hybrid of relationship management, and experiential execution. It involves working with cross-functional partners to integrate culturally connected thinking into brand strategy and embedding elevated partner experiences in digital and retail execution. Success requires distilling industry trends into actionable partnerships that drive business outcomes and enhance customer experience, ultimately fostering a creatively-led ecosystem of global activations that champion the Mejuri brand.
What You'll Do
- Relationship Management: Act as the primary liaison, nurturing long-term relationships through regular communication and engagement activities.
- Campaign Execution: Lead the development and launch of co-marketing campaigns, including digital initiatives, events, and co-branded content
- Performance Analysis: Use analytics tools to track KPIs like lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
- Negotiation & Contracts: Initiate partnership discussions, negotiate terms to maximize value, and manage legal agreements alongside finance and legal teams.
- Partner Enablement: Provide training, briefs, and resources (sales tools, product updates) to ensure partners effectively promote company offerings.
- Cultural Insight & Brand Alignment: Stay deeply attuned to cultural trends across fashion, lifestyle, design, beauty, and adjacent spaces, using this perspective to assess brand fit, identify white-space opportunities, and shape partnership strategies that feel relevant, authentic, and differentiated.
What you bring to the team:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in related field
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in partnership and event management
- Project Leadership: Proven experience executing brand partnerships, campaigns, and activations through execution, measurement, and post-campaign optimization.
- Cultural Intelligence & Taste: Deep cultural fluency across fashion, lifestyle, design, and beauty, with the ability to assess true brand fit, spot white-space opportunities, and protect long-term brand integrity.
- Experiential & Event Expertise: Hands-on experience producing high-impact events and brand activations, managing vendors, timelines, budgets, and on-site execution with precision.
- Cross-Functional Experience: Exceptional communicator who can align internal stakeholders (creative, PR, legal, finance, retail, digital) around a shared vision and deliver against it.
- Operational Rigor: Highly organized and process-oriented, able to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously while thriving in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
- Creative Problem Solving: Innovative, resourceful thinker who enjoys tackling complex challenges and developing fresh, community-driven ways to engage consumers.
- Results-Driven & Insight-Led: Data-informed mindset with the ability to track performance, extract insights, and continuously improve future partnerships and campaigns.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional creative ideation, fluency in pop culture, interpersonal communication, negotiation, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to influence without direct authority.
Things we consider an asset:
- Experience in luxury or premium DTC brands within jewelry, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle.
- Global partnership or influencer experience, with sensitivity to regional and cultural nuance.Hands-on exposure to IRL activations, retail moments, or experiential marketing.
- Comfort presenting ideas and results to leadership, balancing creativity with business impact.
- Experience working with a range of event, merch, and design vendors across global markets
- Ability to create well-designed, compelling pitch decks for external partners that clearly articulate strategy, creative vision, and value exchange.
- A minimum of four weeks vacation, plus personal days and three religious/cultural observance days.

At Mejuri we embrace a hybrid working environment and support our corporate employees to be successful whether they are at home or in the office. The primary purpose of our offices is to drive collaboration and deepen relationships with one another.This position requires in office work 3 days a week and remote work 2 days a week. Our office is located at 60 Bloor Street W, Toronto.
Salary
70K-80K
Looking for the perfect next opportunity is a big decision. Mejuri recognizes the importance of pay transparency when it comes to salary ranges as it empowers individuals through the hiring process and supports them in making an informed decision. This role currently has a base pay range of 70-80K per annum based on a candidate’s experience and qualifications. We will review individual salary expectations and **weight salary commensurate with experience.
