Product Manager, Payments

Tel Aviv

As a Product Manager in our Payments group, you’ll have the opportunity to build and scale one of the fastest-growing payments products in the US. You will collaborate with engineers to manage complex technical models and lead critical products with cross-company and customer impact.

Qualifications:

  • A proven track record of 3+ years in Product Management roles with a strong focus on data products or technical products.
  • Proficiency in data-related technologies and methodologies, including data visualization, databases, data warehousing solutions and data modeling.
  • You are passionate about solving complex technical issues and understand how great products work behind the scenes.
  • You are a self-starter with a bias for action. You can execute complex projects under time and resource constraints and competing priorities.
  • “Why” is your keyword. You’re curious about why things happen and constantly challenge how they work.
  • You can drive collaboration across multiple disciplines—data, design, finance, ops, engineering, etc. You help give everyone a voice. You’re the conductor, not the lead singer, and softly leading without forced authority is key.
  • You’re fluent in English with excellent speaking and writing skills.

Bonus points (one or more):

  • Experience in payment products or financial technology.
  • Experience as a Data Analyst / BI Developer / Data Engineer or equivalent.
  • BS in computer science, engineering or equivalent.
  • Background in Accounting or Finance.

How you’ll make an impact

  • Build and maintain a complex payment network that moves money to thousands of businesses across the US.
  • Build business cases for new products and features using market research, competitive analysis, user interviews, and stakeholder feedback.
  • Define key metrics to track success or prioritize features.
  • Work closely with engineering to develop delightful payment experiences that customers love.
  • Define the business and technical requirements for products and features. Write clear and concise product specs, feature cards, and other product documentation.
