Location: Hybrid in NYC (3 day in-office requirement)
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager driving B2B products for enterprise and large-scale organizations, demonstrating a track record of delivering impactful solutions in complex environments.
- Proven success building and scaling partnerships and integrations with major industry players, navigating complex stakeholder ecosystems to create win-win outcomes.
- A compelling storyteller with the ability to translate problems into narratives that resonate and inspire action, while documenting requirements with clarity to align R&D and cross-functional teams.
- Skilled at driving cross-functional collaboration across data, marketing, operations, business development, and sales, ensuring all perspectives are heard and aligned. Acts as a facilitator and coordinator, leading with influence toward shared goals.
- An articulate and persuasive communicator, with exceptional interpersonal skills that build trust and rapport both internally and with external partners to deeply understand and advocate for their needs and product roadmap completion.
- Deep expertise in the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation through execution, ensuring a holistic and strategic product vision is executed.

A day in the life and how you’ll make an impact:
- Collaborate closely with major partners to seamlessly embed and expand the Melio platform within their products and services, driving adoption and long-term growth.
- Develop compelling business cases for new products and features through rigorous market research, competitive analysis, user interviews, and stakeholder feedback.
- Establish and track key success metrics, using data-driven insights to prioritize features and measure impact.
- Define comprehensive business and technical requirements, crafting clear, actionable product specifications, feature documentation, and supporting materials to align cross-functional teams.
- Partner with engineering teams and other cross-functional departments throughout the development lifecycle to deliver delightful, high-quality payment experiences that exceed customer expectations.
- Gain deep expertise in partner domains, including user behaviors, workflows, and pain points, to identify the ideal contexts and opportunities for embedding and growing Melio’s solutions.
About the team:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead and manage our strategic partnerships, focusing on embedding our product within our partners' ecosystems. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and nurturing key partnerships that drive product integration and co-innovation. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to ensure seamless integration and alignment with our partners' needs. Your responsibilities will include defining product requirements, prioritizing features, and overseeing the implementation of embedded solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of managing large-scale partnerships.
