What will you do? 

The core responsibilities of this role are: 

  • Meet calling and multitouch outreach KPIs
  • Drive new business through targeted outreach to decision-makers in the hospitality and property management verticals.
  • Build and execute strategic sales campaigns to uncover new opportunities.
  • Leverage your industry expertise to build rapport, negotiate, and close deals.
  • Collaborate with internal and client teams to refine and implement best practices.
  • Manage a pipeline of high-value prospects, ensuring consistent progress toward goals.
  • Account management, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
  • Work to achieve daily, weekly and monthly goals 

What do we look for? 

  • Previous sales experience is preferred

  • Metrics-driven and goal-orientated.
  • Proven experience in hospitality, property management, or related fields.
  • A track record of success in B2B sales, with a focus on closing new opportunities.
  • Strong written, verbal, and phone skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivation and a drive to exceed targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tech tools.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize responsibilities.
