What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Systems Engineering, IT Infrastructure, and QA teams to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, and effectively communicate project status and updates to stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and proactively address any roadblocks to ensure successful project delivery.
- Convert information into easy-to-understand content tailored to their specific audience. Manage project resources and allocate tasks effectively to ensure project milestones are met.
- Work closely with product managers to ensure projects align with strategic objectives and deliver customer value.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in project management processes and methodologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering, or equivalent experience delivering projects with technical teams
- 5 or more years of experience in technical project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects
- Solid understanding of software development methodologies and best practices
- Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Experience with agile development methodologies
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of financial markets and trading systems
- Experience in the financial services industry or a related field

Pay Range: $135,000 to $175,000
