What You’ll Do:

As our Talent Coordinator, you’ll be the operational backbone of the recruiting team, keeping everything running smoothly from job postings to interview scheduling and offer logistics. You’ll help ensure a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams, track key data and workflows, and collaborate across departments to support internal mobility, onboarding, and recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own job posting and job description maintenance across platforms
  • Respond to candidate and hiring manager inquiries with warmth and clarity
  • Track internal applicants and support offer workflows
  • Maintain data integrity across the applicant tracking system (ATS) and HR systems
  • Coordinate interviews and support recruiting events
  • Assist with reports, dashboards, and recruiting metrics
  • Help make our talent brand shine through materials and candidate experience
  • Partner with People Operations to ensure a welcoming onboarding process

Position “Must Haves”: 

  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, project coordination, or administrative operations
  • A knack for organization, multitasking, and keeping the details straight
  • Top-tier communication and customer service skills
  • Confidence navigating Microsoft Office tools (especially Outlook & Excel)
  • proactive, self-starter mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities

What You Can Expect: 

  • Starting salary: $27.01 - $29.48/hour ($56,189 - $61,328.00/year), plus a comprehensive benefits package.
  • Schedule: Full-time, typical office hours (Mon – Fri, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.), with flexibility.
  • Work style: Hybrid/remote work arrangement (Colorado residency required).
