The Associate Director of Case Management Services provides strategic and operational leadership to designated clinical service areas within WellPower. As a key member of the leadership team, this role oversees program execution, staff development, community engagement, and quality improvement to ensure the delivery of high-quality, trauma-informed, and person-centered care. The Associate Director partners closely with internal departments and external stakeholders to enhance service delivery, promote staff engagement, and support organizational goals.

Salary: $76,925 - $90,500 per year

Essential Functions:
- Provide clinical and administrative supervision to Program Managers and other supervisory staff across assigned service areas.
- Lead operational oversight for designated clinical programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, quality standards, and community needs.
- Develop and implement strategic goals in collaboration with department leadership.
- Support infrastructure needs, including workflows for electronic health records, reporting, billing, and contract monitoring.
- Oversee hiring, coaching, performance management, and professional development for staff.
- Monitor compliance with clinical, regulatory, and documentation standards through regular audits and corrective action as needed.
- Assist with budget planning, fiscal oversight, and performance improvement.
- Foster collaboration across WellPower departments and with external partners to promote continuity of care and service efficiency.
- Representing WellPower in external meetings, community forums, and partnership committees.
- Promote trauma-informed practices and support a diverse, inclusive, and culturally responsive work environment.
- Participate in the development and refinement of internal policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned by executive leadership.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field is required
- Active Colorado LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Psychologist license in good standing required.
- Minimum 6 years of experience providing clinical services
- Minimum of 4 years of supervisory and management experience
- Experience with program development, budget oversight, and grant funding preferred
- Expertise in a "Fee for Service" model, ensuring team performance aligns with the financial goals preferred.
- Knowledge of substance use treatment modalities and experience in co-occurring therapy
