Pay Range & Benefits:
- LPC/LMFT/LCSW: $33.44/hr
- Language Differential - $2.50/hr for bilingual proficiency in Spanish & ASL
POSITION SUMMARY: Actively support hospital discharge intakes as well as manage and triage incoming phone calls regarding individuals 17 and younger as well as their caregivers to the Access line. Participate on a multi-disciplinary team that provides comprehensive services for children, adolescents, adults and their families across the Lifespan. Provide direct mental health treatment to individuals with mental illness. Work with others in a clinical team environment to help individuals move toward recovery.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Manage and triage incoming phone calls regarding individuals 17 and younger as well as their caregivers to the Access line.
- Collaborate with family, professionals and other external providers regarding hospital discharge intakes.
- Conduct face to face behavioral health assessments and intakes in the office and/or virtually for people 18 and over. In-person availability is required for intakes as needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation consistent with agency standards.
- Participate in team meetings, trainings and supervisory sessions as required.
- Maintain a trauma informed environment of wellbeing.
- Maintain flexible schedule.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Knowledge or ability to learn and practice trauma informed principles and practices.
- Ability to join with and implement a strengths-based approach to children, families and adults.
- Knowledge of community and available resources.
- Familiarity with crisis intervention techniques and psychotherapy.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (preferred).
- Maintain flexible schedule.
- Self-directed individual, and also team player.
- Knowledge and understanding of trauma-informed care principles/practices.
- Proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint, Word, Excel, and Teams.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Masters Degree in psychology, social work, or other related human service degree. Licensure required (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist)
TYPICAL PHYSICAL AND MENTAL DEMANDS:
Requires sitting, standing, bending and reaching. Requires manual dexterity sufficient to operate standard office machines such as computers, fax machines, the telephone and other office and/or clinical equipment.
