What is the role?
We are seeking a Direct Sales Manager to join our team. As the first sales hire at Splore, this position offers a unique opportunity to lead direct sales efforts and build the entire sales department from the ground up. You will be instrumental in generating new business, converting prospects into satisfied customers, and managing client implementations for long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Direct Sales Initiatives: Take ownership of establishing Splore’s direct sales function by developing prospecting strategies, lead generation tactics, and closing processes that lay the foundation for sustainable revenue growth.
- Pipeline Generation & Conversion: Identify and engage potential clients, conduct needs analyses, and lead consultative sales presentations to convert prospects into long-term partners.
- Client Onboarding: Collaborate with new clients to ensure a smooth onboarding process, translating their needs into customized solutions using Splore’s platform.
- Solution Delivery: Work closely with clients to understand their unique challenges, translating these into tailored solutions that Splore can deliver.
- Account Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and the successful delivery of services.
- Department Development: Contribute to building and scaling the sales department, crafting strategies and tools to support future team growth.
- Market Growth Initiatives: Identify opportunities to expand services with current clients and develop new verticals and markets to drive business growth.
- Consultative Sales: Craft compelling proposals, provide expert consultation throughout the sales process, and ensure that client needs are effectively met through our platform.

- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office or equivalent tools, with a natural inclination for learning new tech platforms.
