REQUIREMENTS

  • Conduct data analysis in Excel, leveraging formulas, pivot tables, and basic data visualization techniques to support client deliverables
  • Support consultants and senior consultants in executing client-facing and internal projects, contributing value to meaningful client projects with opportunities to learn and develop consulting skills
  • Effectively communicate with senior team members, summarizing key decisions, action items, and next steps from client meetings
  • Leverage tools like Microsoft Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to collaborate effectively and produce high-quality outputs
  • Produce polished deliverables, including presentations, dashboards, and reports, that align with corporate branding and standards
  • Ability to travel - you will likely spend a significant amount of time onsite with our clients. This travel can be as much as 50% to 80% of a work week and may be international. In addition, you must have a valid driver's license as many clients are not within range of public transportation.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

  • Basic understanding of the financial investment management industry
  • Exposure to or experience in evaluating and improving business processes to increase efficiency.
  • Basic knowledge of data query tools and SQL (preferred)
  • Basic understanding of relevant tools like Microsoft Excel

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience specializing in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Accounting, and/or Management
  • 0+ years’ experience in investment management and/or consulting within the industry
