Senior Product Operations Specialist

The Product Operations team plays a crucial role in enabling Mercury’s product development, releases, and overall organizational growth. As a Product Operations Specialist, you will work closely with product and customer-facing teams to gather and synthesize customer insights, ensure smooth product launches, and help scale the team by developing and maintaining key processes and documentation. This is a highly collaborative, cross-functional role that reports to the Strategic Operations function.

What You’ll Do:
Support Mercury Product Launches
- Operationalize alpha and beta programs and synthesize feedback into insights
- Synthesize customer feedback related to new product initiatives as input for Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) teams
- Ensure that product releases are flawless through documentation, enablement and context sharing across the organization
- Own product documentation such as help center articles and FAQs
- Ensure roadmaps are accurate and communication is effective
- Support product teams with post-launch insights
Support Mercury Product Org
- Maintain key sources of truth for EPD org and cross-functional teams
- Work on projects that drive process improvements for the broader EPD org
What You’ll Bring:
- 5 years experience with 2 years working in product management, product operations, or strategy & operations roles, ideally in a fast growing business
- Experience driving the successful execution of complex cross-functional initiatives
- Track record of building enduring and impactful solutions
- Experience interpreting and communicating qualitative and quantitative feedback to create product recommendations
- Enthusiasm for and experience with coaching and leveling up more junior team members
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, and time management skills
- Comfort solving ambiguous problems and seeking simple solutions

Our salary and equity ranges are highly competitive within the SaaS and fintech industry and are updated regularly using the most reliable compensation survey data for our industry. New hire offers are made based on a candidate’s experience, expertise, geographic location, and internal pay equity relative to peers.
Our target new hire base salary ranges for this role are the following:
- US employees in New York City, Seattle, Los Angeles or San Francisco: $112,900-132,800
- US employees outside of New York City, Seattle, Los Angeles or San Francisco: $101,600-119,500
- Canadian employees (any location): CAD 102,700-120,800
