🔍 Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Data Scientist to analyze complex datasets, build predictive models, and deliver actionable insights. The ideal candidate has strong statistical knowledge, hands‑on ML experience, and a passion for solving real‑world business problems using data.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured datasets
- Perform Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) to identify patterns and insights
- Build, test, and deploy machine learning models (classification, regression, clustering, NLP, etc.)
- Develop statistical models and forecasting solutions
- Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations for business stakeholders
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams on data-driven initiatives
- Deploy ML models using APIs or cloud services; monitor model performance
- Document methodologies, workflows, and insights clearly
🎯 Required Skills
Technical Skills
- Strong programming skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit‑learn) or R
- Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and linear algebra
- Experience with machine learning algorithms and model optimization
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and data manipulation
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Power BI, Tableau)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Understanding of model deployment and MLOps basics (preferred)

- Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to communicate technical insights in simple terms
- Team collaboration and stakeholder management skills
