As our Studio Intern, you will…

Play a vital role in supporting our dynamic creative teams. You'll work directly within our asset management system, MAX, the central hub for all creative resources. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital asset management and contribute to the efficient organization and accessibility of valuable creative assets.

Be Accountable and Responsible

• Work within MAX, MERGE's asset management system, which provides essential resources for all creative projects across the agency and its clients.
• Assist in capturing and refining metadata, including image keywording and taxonomy updates, to ensure accurate and efficient asset retrieval.
• Contribute to maintaining consistent licensing and usage information for all assets, safeguarding against copyright infringement and promoting proper resource utilization.
• Gain practical experience in image keywording, metadata management, taxonomy development, and digital asset licensing.
• Actively participate in the summer initiative focused on enhancing the metadata, consistency, and licensing information within our creative asset library.

These are the qualifications we’re looking for

• Currently enrolled and working towards an undergraduate (rising junior or rising senior) or recent graduate from an accredited college/university
• Interest and knowledge in digital assets (Images, illustrations, video, icons, logos, etc.)
• Basic proficiency in Google Workspace
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
• First Generation college students strongly encouraged to apply
• You must be eligible to work in the United States to be considered for this role
• The internship program will be hybrid—approximately 2 days/week in office
• MERGE does not provide any form of housing reimbursement/stipend
• You must be eligible to work in the United States to be considered for this role

Paid internship: $18/hr

Duration: 10 weeks between June 2, 2025 - August 7, 2025, 4 days per week (Monday – Thursday)
