As our Executive Assistant, you will…
Be the secret weapon for our agency's top leaders! As a MERGE Executive Assistant, you'll be at the heart of the action, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently – but with a fun twist. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, sound judgment, and discretion when handling confidential matters. You will act as the executives’ primary point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring the smooth operation of office services and administrative tasks.
Be Accountable and Responsible
- Be the Maestro of Schedules: Orchestrate the executives' calendars, travel, and maybe even add a little spontaneity to their day!
- Become a Master Communicator: Craft responses to routine inquiries and keep the executives in the loop with agency updates and news.
- Guardian of Secrets: Protect confidential information like a vault, with style and grace.
- Troubleshoot with Flair: Anticipate challenges and solve them with a creative touch, ensuring smooth operations and happy executives.
- Be the Ultimate Gatekeeper: Politely and professionally handle interruptions, giving the executives the space they need to shine.
- Keep the Vibe Alive: Share exciting agency policies, new accounts, and important updates to keep everyone energized and in the know.
These are the qualifications we’re looking for
- 2+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant role supporting multiple senior executives
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Google Workspace
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
- Experience handling confidential information with discretion
- Proven ability to foster productive relationships with team members
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs and provide proactive solutions

The salary range for this role is $60,000 - $90,000, based on the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
