As our Project Manager, you will…
Oversee multiple projects, ensuring they stay on track regarding scope, timelines, and resource allocation. You will communicate effectively with internal teams and clients, providing updates and managing expectations. Your role will involve coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and identifying potential risks while fostering collaboration across departments to ensure successful project delivery.
Be Accountable and Responsible
- Manage multiple projects, ensuring adherence to scope, delivery dates, team resourcing, and tasking across the project lifecycle
- Communicate project guidelines to the internal team and clients for the effective execution of programs
- Update internal client teams on project progress and manage communications, reviews, and feedback
- Coordinate team resources and task assignments based on project deliverables and plan
- Present project parameters and checkpoints to set client expectations and ensure timely delivery of quality deliverables
- Provide detailed progress reports and forecasts to internal teams and Client Service
- Analyze project hours to forecast burn and identify potential risks to timeline and budget; recommend mitigation strategies
- Assist with contingency planning, problem resolution, and maintain schedules, budgets, and quality deliverables
- Track changes in scope, actual hours, and make appropriate adjustments to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Keep leadership informed of project progress and raise concerns promptly
- Facilitate collaboration, manage conflict, and effectively communicate project information across departments
- Show ownership of the agency process and enforce its use with the team
- Determine creative ways to allocate teams and distribute responsibilities
- Share lessons learned and best practices across departments
- Identify areas for internal improvement and develop implementation plans
These are the qualifications we’re looking for
- 3-5 years of experience in project management within a marketing, advertising, consulting, and/or digital agency
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong project management skills, including monitoring and reporting on project status, budgets, schedules, and resource management
- Knowledge of project methodologies is preferred
- Experience with project management tools is a plus
- Excellent oral and written communication skills

The salary range for this role is $67,000 - $80,000, based on the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
