In this role, you will…
- Lead Strategic Change: Drive the end-to-end change management strategy for enterprise-level marketing operations initiatives, ensuring successful service delivery and high user adoption.
- Apply Change Management Frameworks: Evaluate and apply the most effective organizational psychology and behavioral frameworks to architect customized transition strategies that meet the unique needs of each client environment.
- Engage Executive Stakeholders: Act as a strategic advisor to senior marketing leadership, translating complex operational shifts into clear business value and organizational readiness.
- Manage and Mentor: Lead a high-performing team of direct reports, fostering a culture of professional growth and excellence in change management execution.
- Bridge Strategy and Execution: Partner with technical architects and technologists to ensure that system implementations (e.g., Workfront, Martech) are supported by robust human-centric transition plans.
- Measure Impact: Define and track success metrics related to service delivery excellence, employee engagement, and platform proficiency to demonstrate ROI.
- Drive Iterative Change: Implement agile change management methodologies, utilizing real-time adoption data and user feedback loops to pivot strategies and ensure continuous alignment with evolving marketing objectives for our clients.
- Strengthen Change Maturity: Establish proactive change readiness assessments and resiliency training programs that equip our clients employees at all levels to navigate high-frequency operational transitions with minimal friction.
- Lead AI Workshops and Assessments: Facilitate client-facing sessions focused on the cultural and organizational shifts required for AI adoption, including leadership alignment, stakeholder buy-in, change readiness, and overcoming resistance to new ways of working.
Be Accountable and Responsible
- The Change Blueprint: Architect and execute comprehensive change management frameworks that allow our enterprise clients to transition seamlessly through complex transformations.
- AI Change Readiness: Develop and maintain a repeatable workshop curriculum for AI enablement and adoption that can be tailored to client maturity levels, covering cultural readiness, mindset shifts, and skills development planning.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Secure active and visible sponsorship from executive leaders to mitigate resistance and accelerate adoption.
- Team Performance: Oversee the workload and output of Architects and Technologists, ensuring all Change Management deliverables meet MERGE quality standards
- Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify and manage potential points of resistance or "change fatigue" within client organizations, providing clear mitigation strategies.
- Continuous Improvement: Standardize change management playbooks and documentation to ensure scalability and repeatability across the Marketing Operations department.
Qualifications We’re Looking For
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in change management or organizational development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing direct reports.
- Executive Presence: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and build deep trust with CMOs and C-suite stakeholders.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to use data and feedback to pivot strategies and demonstrate the tangible impact of change initiatives.
- AI Fluency: Working familiarity with AI tools and their organizational implications; experience facilitating technology adoption programs involving emerging or rapidly evolving platforms is strongly preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

The salary range for this role is $127,000 - $153,000, based on the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
