Job Type: Full Time/Salary - must be eligible to work in the United States and not require sponsorship
Job Location: Fully remote with up to 30% travel & reside in the United States
Compensation: $140,000 - $170,000 plus bonus

THE OPPORTUNITY
Our continued growth brings about an immediate need for a and innovative and collaborative Workday HCM Sr. Consultant (Implement/Configure) to join our team. In this role, you will ensure the successful implementation of the Workday HCM solution with customers through product and implementation expertise.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Partner with client to understand business requirements and configure the Workday solution to satisfy those requirements.
- Demonstrate the configurations by developing prototype systems.
- Assist the client in testing the Workday solution.
- Understand Workday’s Implementation Methodology and use it in all engagements.
- Ensure the client takes advantage of Workday’s proven solutions.
- Work with the client to help convert legacy data into Workday.
- Assist the Integration team in helping to configure and test integrations between Workday and third-party/custom solutions.
- Mentor and share product knowledge with other consultants.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING FOR SUCCESS
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business or a related field.
- 3+ years’ experience implementing Workday HCM within a consulting and/or software company; 1 or more years of which should be with the Public Sector (local, state, or federal).
- Extensive experience implementing and configuring HR/HCM systems, requirements capturing, configuration, data conversion, and testing.
- Workday proficiency and current holder of an active Workday Certification, preferably HCM.
- Demonstrated ability in business analysis and requirements gathering.
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
- Experience deploying multiple Workday HCM projects simultaneously, Finance/Accounting experience and the ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training is preferred.
- Workday Public Sector industry experience preferred, but not required.
