THE OPPORTUNITY
Our continued growth brings about an immediate need for a SAP Integrations professional to join our team. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and maintenance of complex system integrations on SAP ECC and SAP SuccessFactors environments within the public sector. In this role, you will ensure seamless data flow and process integration across financial, HR, and operational systems, enhancing organizational efficiency and data accuracy.
Your responsibilities will include collaborating with key stakeholders to gather and define integration requirements, ensuring that solutions align with business objectives. You will also be tasked with conducting comprehensive testing and continuous monitoring to validate integration reliability and performance, proactively addressing any issues that arise. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to digital transformation initiatives and drive operational excellence within the public sector.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Integration Development: Design, develop, and maintain integrations between systems, including middleware solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to define and document integration requirements.
- Data Management: Ensure data accuracy and alignment across financial, HR, and operational systems.
- Testing and Monitoring: Conduct testing and monitoring to ensure integration reliability and performance.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING FOR SUCCESS
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, education, or relevant field
- Minimum of 7+ years as an SAP consultant or in a similar role, with extensive experience in SAP ECC and SAP SuccessFactors
- Proven experience with integration tools and middleware (e.g., SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI) for connecting SAP SuccessFactors.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
- Demonstrated experience working with public sector clients, including state, local, or K-12 organizations preferred.
